- All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under normal circumstances.
- In rare and justified cases, a refund may be considered by Hind Trading Academy at its sole discretion, subject to internal evaluation and approval.
- If a refund is approved, 30% to 50% of the total fee amount will be deducted as administrative, content access, and processing charges.
- No refund requests will be entertained:
- After 7 days of Enrollment,
- Once the course has been accessed beyond the first session/module,
- Or if the student is found in violation of the code of conduct.
- Refund processing, if applicable, may take 7 to 14 working days.
