1. No Cancellations Post Enrollment
Once you Enroll and the payment has been successfully processed, no cancellations will be accepted. This applies to all types of courses—whether online, offline, live, pre-recorded, or hybrid models.
- Enrollment is considered confirmed upon payment.
- We do not allow withdrawal or termination of participation after registration under any personal, professional, or academic circumstances.
Examples of non-acceptable grounds for cancellation include:
- Change of personal schedule or routine
- Lack of interest after joining
- Health or travel issues
- Unforeseen commitments or dissatisfaction with content delivery
2. Non-Refundable Fees Policy
All fees paid to Hind Trading Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-adjustable.
- This policy applies whether the course is fully or partially completed.
- Even in the case of no attendance or early exit, no portion of the fee will be refunded or credited for future use.
- Installment payments, if any, are also non-refundable once paid.
3. No Transfer of Enrollment
- Your Enrollment is non-transferable, meaning you may not substitute or nominate another individual in your place once you have enrolled.
- Login credentials and course access are personal and must not be shared, sold, or reassigned.
4. Course Modification or Cancellation by Us
While we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify course content, timings, or delivery methods due to unforeseen circumstances or low participation, in such cases only, students may be offered an alternative batch or equivalent learning opportunity. Refunds are not issued even in such events, unless specifically approved by management under rare and exceptional cases.

By enrolling in any program offered by Hind Trading Academy, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
- You are fully aware that once the fee is paid, no refund, cancellation, or transfer request will be entertained.
